Is planning for college or post-secondary training on your list of resolutions? Whether you're still in school or maybe you've never
finished college or put off your own education to help your family, there are ways that you can accomplish your goals. Whether college is next year or several years away, tell us your story.
How do you plan to prepare to Go On in the new year?
Submit your essay of 500 words or less by 6 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 19. A panel of judges from area colleges and universities will select the best essay. The winner will be announced on Jan. 28.
We had two students under our current contest age requirement take the time to enter the contest. We wanted to make sure that their essays got seen as well - We think it's great that they are already thinking about their future! Here are their essays.
